Customer service is absolutely horrible here! The female that I spoke to on the phone hung up on me.

I called for a declarations page today July 10 2025 I was assisted by Sandra who was less than professional. I asked essential questions would I be covered in case of a car accident at fault?would I be covered if the person at fault was not insured ? if I drove another car not in the policy ? she was very dismissive, demeaning, and even tried to belittle me calling me sweetie as if my concerns where not of importance to her. Then tried to say if I needed help in Spanish as if I’m not capable of understanding in English? I pay 1080 every 6 month for insurance on my car you would think they would be more respectful of the customer that puts food on their table. I highly recommend you stay away from this establishment and go with Fred loyal or AAmax where they will help you with a fast and

This place is amazing!! I use to go the big agencies because that's all I would see in commercials and hear others talk about. But the rates were ridiculous. Especially for a driving history of no tickets or accidents! But this place and their brokers do their magic and find affordable policies with insurance agencies. They're down to earth, I feel no pressure to come off any sort of way while interacting with them. Great establishment!

I called from 3 different numbers today to get in contact with a representative and once they answered and I told them what I needed they all hung up on me on the spot. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend!

Very highly recommend this insurance. I went to the Webb Chapel location & the lady Elvia will do everything in her power to find you the best deal that you can afford. She was professional, very knowledgeable, kind, & courteous. People like her should be recognized for her dedication & commitment towards on accomplishing the mission.
