Very casual and friendly experience first time in. It didn’t sit well with me that my auto pay failed and they canceled my policy right away. They are two Grace. Bank account was hacked and had to get a whole new bank account which tried on the day with the payment failed and they didn’t try again evidently. However, they Gladly reinstated me! Seems like the old days of having an agent watch your back and be there to support those days are gone, but it’s cool. I’m fine with this outfit.

This has been my go-to insurance agency for the last like 11 or 12 years. I love Wanda, she is the only person I've worked with and she is really good at what she does. I recommend them to everyone I know; they offer really affordable coverage/ rates.

Paul's Insurance Agency is the best! When DMV gave me the run around (during a pandemic).... The woman at Paul's are the best, polite, professional and answer all my questions. Also my process was fast. In and out! Affordable and if you have Medicaid you can get majorrrrr discounts with Dollar a day insurance. They always help me. Thank you for the great customer service.

I wouldn't trust any other place to handle any insurance need. Wanda and her husband with crew have taken very good care of me through the years, I'm not even local, and still only use them.
