Paulina Kalaj: Allstate Insurance

Being an Allstate customer for over 30 years, most people would think that loyalty to a company would mean something, but not with Allstate Insurance. Policy premiums were completely out of control. My current agent (approx 2 years) was a ghost, never spoke to anyone from that office? I did receive emails, but not one phone call. My previous Agent, (approx 20 years) called to see what he could do to help me with my policies and premiums at least twice a year. He kept my premiums as low as possible. He retired and then within 6 months my premiums started climbing on all my policies. No communication from my current agent, NOTHING!!! Would not recommend !!!

Once again, I have not received my insurance cards. I called 1 week ago and requested they be sent to me. Of course, don't speak to a person, but was assured they would be mailed to me! To date I have not received anything in the mail. For the price I pay I should receive cards promptly.

I know Paulina for some years and she is always been honest and transparent. I had StateFarm before and I would check with her time after time to compare rates and she always would tell me what's the best deal, which was to stay with State Farm. Than after the prices were sky rocket from every insurance company I called back again and she gave me such a better rate that it will save me $1-$2K a year. She is an amazing person and works on your interest. Thank you and your staff Paulina.

Paulina has been very helpful with offering a fair insurance quote. Her office is always available or someone from Allstate insurance. I am a first time home buyer and her office took care of all of my insurance needs. I had zero concerns.
