Last Friday I needed to get insurance quickly. At 8am I called Paula and she not only helped me source an affordable plan that gave me the coverage I needed but she was also extremely professional informative and fun to talk to! I also thought it was a huge plus that she was the only insurance office open at that time! I would highly recommend Paula for your insurance needs! I will definitely be using her again!

Absolutely an amazing experience. Not only is Paula professional but she actually cares about her customers. She ended up getting me a policy that I could afford. Direct Auto charged me almost $400 a month with a clean driving record. Now, thanks to Paula, I can pay my new payments without breaking a sweat. Highly recommend!!!

You will probably have a good experience and leave a good review if all you've ever had to do is go into the office,sign up and give her your money. Miss Paula is great at that but when it comes to taking care of you after the fact that's a completely different story. I've had a couple of times over the last five years where I got less than good customer service... So now I will be looking someplace else for my insurance.

When I tell you this amazing woman has made my day and took so much stress off my shoulders. My previous insurance company had me paying 700 a month for full coverage, which I had to work a second job just to cover. I found out today that I got laid off and I didn't know how I was going to afford everything. My boyfriend, who has just raves of not only this company, but Ms. Paula herself, had me call and get a qoute. When I tell you that not only will I be paying sooo much less for the same coverage, but I don't have to stress about working a second job anymore. Ms. Paula is such blessing and her cheery enthusiasic demeaner will have you smiling none stop even after you hang up. She really made this day so much better.
