I have been with State Farm since I was 17 years old, and I am now 40. They have been my first and only car insurance provider, in addition to offering other insurance products, including coverage for my business. I have had opportunities to shop around with other companies, but I always find myself staying with State Farm—not only because of the competitive rates, but more importantly because of the people, especially Cheryl. She has been servicing my family since I was a teenager, and now that I’m a full adult, her level of care has never changed. She is personable yet extremely professional and is always looking for ways to save me money. I truly appreciate her.

I have been with State Farm since 1998 (27 years). In 2003 Paul Count's established his State Farm office at the time in College Park, MD and I walked in and never walked out. To this day after 22 years he is still my State Farm agent. They are now in Odenton, MD and still delivers great customer service to all their clients with respect and honesty. I have always done business with Cheryl who I consider a long time friend, and member of my family. She is always willing to help and get you the answers to your questions. But no matter who in the office helps you, you will always feel like a part of the family. I started with having my car insurance through the Paul Counts Agency and have since added renters and now homeowners insurance. My agent, Chris, always keeps me posted on about any changes to my policies and most recently helped me navigate adding homeowners insurance. He's been very communicative and easy to work with.
