The only reason they have the current overall rating is because of great reviews of an employee (Jessica) who left years ago. It is not the same organization. Every time we have to make a change or renew our policies, it is impersonal, done via email versus a phone call with tons of back and forth. Pick up the phone, and build a relationship with your customers.

I'm been a customer for almost 3 years. My agent is Jessica Coop. My insurance needs include auto, homeowners, flood, umbrella, boat and farm coverage. She has (and continues) to thoroughly research the policies offered in each of the categories and recommends which to chose based not only cost but how they interact with the other policies that I own. Great to have an insurance expert "working" for me.

Our Amelia Island location is appointment only now ! What do I pay you fools for ? Close the location and sell it and decrease local insurance premiums ! What a joke !
