Patrick Ketcham - State Farm Insurance Agent

During the pandemic I was told by State Farm if I were unable to make a payment they weren’t going to be canceling any policy’s at the moment or charging late fees. Two months go by and I get a notice saying if I don’t make a payment my policy will be canceled. Once I was finally able to get a hold of Patrick he just explained that they deferred it for a little bit and that was all. He never notified us to let us know that had changed and we needed to make suddenly pay it all to keep our insurance which was the exact opposite of what we had been told months ago. Very poor service after years of being a customer, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. He had no explanation for why he didn’t inform us of the changes or what could be done to rectify the situation.

I have been dealing with Patrick for 7yrs. He is up front and honest whenever I need his help. If there is a way to save money or get better service for the same cost he'll find it. Thanks Patrick

Oh my God I torture that poor guy with every question imaginable. He's very prompt at returning your calls and always makes sure you're happy before you hang up genuinely nice guy.anyone that takes his son to boy scouts has got to be a good guy in my humble opinion !
