Ten months ago, this was a five-star review, now updated. I spent a year as a customer—carrying a home policy, three autos, and three personal item policies—paying nearly $6,000 annually. In that entire year and five office visits, Patricia never once introduced herself or acknowledged me as a customer. The first time she engaged at all was when State Farm refused to renew my coverage after a single small homeowner’s claim—the only claim I’ve made in nearly twenty years of homeownership Her staff never explained that filing a claim within the first 12 months put me at risk of being dropped. They even counted a zero-dollar claim against me when I asked for inspection from wind damage. When it came time to renew, the office refused to continue coverage, not even with a higher premium or de
