PATH Administrators

Absolutely awful at communication. Constant lies, losing paperwork to avoid paying for services they cover, have you call around to a minimum of 4 different companies in a circle to try to get someone who knows what they are talking about. Refuses to give you a supervisor when you ask for one. My doctors office and I are about to rip our hair out trying to fight them the entirety of 2021. It's been 9 months. Absolutely awful customer services. If you're thinking of getting this company, just know you'd be better off not having insurance at all. Wrote a letter to the ceo and never got a response. Faxed it to every fax number they have given to my doctors office. I hate this company.

After years of dealing with this company we have finally given up trying to work with them. While years ago they used to be a good company to work with they are pretty much worthless now. They are unresponsive to their clients. No one knows who you should deal with when your account manager leaves and you get the constant run around when trying to find a replacement account manager. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to waste DAYS, WEEKS AND MONTHS of your employee's and your time!

1 star is way too generous for this company and their employees, no one should use this company to administer health and welfare. Incompetent and ignorant is an understatement to describe their employees, submitted receipts for prescriptions for reimbursement, they reimburse for only a few prescriptions and will not reply to emails or phone calls when trying to contact to find out why, they just ignore you. If you are a company looking for an administrator do yourself a favor and skip Path administrators.

No stars , still waiting on a request for a copy of an EOB from March, 2017. Requested copy be remailed to me in February, 2018, it is now the end of April and I still haven't received. I do understand that another office (now in Ohio) is handling claims, but it's now over 6 months since that started and things are still a mess. Still waiting on an EOB from service date of 9/30/17, and I have since had to pay the bill to avoid interest charges. Bet when they finally pay, they will pay the provider when I already spoke to someone at PATH and told them I've paid the bill. Used to get good customer service, no more. Glad to see another reviewer reported them.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible customer service, you're on hold for up to 30 Minutes and still get transferred to someone's voicemail. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Claims go unpaid for 5 months with no justification or explanation. I've reported them to the department of labor who handles insurance.
