This is the insurance company that we use for our business and I have to say they are excellent. The customer service that we get from them is awesome. There is no comparison. Carole is always there for me. Anything I need and she’s there. This is a great company if you’re small business and you’re looking for a good insurance agent I definitely recommend Pasadena insurance..

Wow! Speechless. Pam assisted me with all the passion and excellence. I had a problem with my previous insurance company and wasn't able to get an affordable quote based on my situation. She was able not only to give me the quote, but went above and beyond connecting with multiple people to make sure I get the best options and clarify all my questions before choosing my final policies. I ended up getting auto and renters insurance with a very affordable price. Thank you Pasadena Insurance for the great service and Pam for being such an amazing representative.

I called to get a quote, Michael told me not to bother going with them because I was not comfortable sharing my current insurance policy. I thought the whole point of talking to an agent is for them to walk you through what you need and what they offer and to give you a quote. He did not know any history of the warehouses the status or the location. As feedback, I think it would be better for the team to get trained on how to deal with potential customers. The point is to walk them through their options and what they need on a call and then make the sale. I am truly dissatisfied and not sure how this company has that many reviews
