I can not really rate them using stars yet because I just started my policy today, but if we could rate the agents Anne Woodring would get 5 stars! She's great! She was so patient and helpful, she didn't mind explaining things to me that I needed help with, didn't rush me and she made sure that she dotted her i's and crossed her t's. 5 STARS for Anne!

The Best yet! I do ALL my insurance through this company, Home, Auto, Rental Insurance for my son and daughter-in-law and Rental property insurance. I have never had a problem with claims or increasing premiums. They assist whenever they can.

Worst insurance company I ever did business with. I used them for my house and car. They tried to make me pay for a car to be insured that I didn’t own. They tried to make me pay for drivers that didn’t live at my house. Just because they are my kids doesn’t mean I have to cover them especially when they a grown and don’t live with me. I should not have to show you proof that they are covered by another insurance company. They tried whatever they can to get more money out of me. Finally I had enough and moved to different insurance company. And every time I called them they costly gave me the run around or had my information wrong. I really don’t know how they are still in business.

Excellent agency! Thorough, exceedingly competent and great customer service, the best telephone skills, highly recommended! Saved me a bundle of money, Thank you.

Very quick with responses via email. I had many questions regarding new insurance and Jim was more then accommodating with answers. Thank you for the great service.
