I had a great time at Paratus Insurance Services thanks to Laine Caspi who helped me a lot! She was very friendly and kind and she always responded very quickly every time I had a question. She is the reason I enjoyed my time at Paratus Insurance Services!

I've used Paratus Insurance over many years for my Auto and Renter's policies. It all begins with quality coverage and competitive price. But, beyond that, Laine and her team are excellent communicators and service providers. Any issues that need attention, they are on it fast and stick with it until it is resolved.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Laine’s guidance. I got myself into a tricky situation with my previous auto insurance policy and Laine went above and beyond to help me find new coverage. It was unclear if I would even be able to coverage (long bureaucratic story!). I had to go through a few agents before I found Laine who was able to help. She’s been a life saver.
