This is by far the best insurance agency I've ever had. Mirta Gonzalez (agent and business owner) is the best. Her acknowledgement and experience will help you make the right decision about your insurance needs. Hats off to Noharys Hernandez (customer sales representative). I love this agency. They're really small, but the owner, Mirta, is great. She's thorough, professional, and not at all pushy when it comes to selling you stuff. If you want an honest opinion about what insurance to get, here's the place to be.

The customer service is horrible!! My insurance lapsed so I call them to reinstate or get another insurance policy, I tell them specifically that I'm calling to get an insurance policy because mine that I had with them lapsed and the lady immediately started telling me "honey I called you several times and you don't pick up the phone!!!! I have every note here from when I called you!" Ok first of all, I work 10-12 hours every day except for Sunday so I can never answer the phone during regular business hours. But I respond to ALL my voicemails. I simply asked her if she left a voicemail. She said "NO, I don't leave no voicemail!"
