Palisades Safety & Insurance Management

This is the worst insurance I have ever had. My car was totaled on June 19th, and I have yet to receive any payment due to their inability to communicate. Their customer service is disgraceful--especially Linda Miller, the senior claim representative. She was absolutely horrible to work with. It took her several weeks to inform me that a POA was needed due to my lienholder sending in the title to them directly. I've sent several emails to her and her supervisor, Lauren Giordano. This claims department is pitiful and deserves 0/5 stars. I would recommend Progressive, even Geico, over this piece of GARBAGE insurance.

Trying to file a claim with them, Ive literally been waiting on hold for 2hrs and 28 minutes. I am still on hold waiting. I started my call at 10am and it is not a holiday. It is a regular day and this is terrible.

They do not have anything to do with insurance, gouvernement should never allow them in this business. They only take your money, even ask you to share your personal cell phone and data with them. Would never recommend this company to my enemies. They should never exist, 0 customers service, 0 skills, unprofessional, rude, …. Can’t find anything good to say about them. I canceled my insurance with them the first 6 days

Customer service was excellent. Needed to add a new vehicle to my existing policy and got it all done within minutes. Highly recommend

I had to follow up with them because they didn't call to move the claim along, but once I reached out things started moving.
