I had a really great experience working with Edyanet Beltran. My issue took a long time to research, and while I was on hold I could tell she was actively working on it. She kept coming back to reassure me, which helped a lot with my anxiety and made me confident it would actually get resolved. What impressed me most was her follow-through. She even called me back about 15 minutes before her shift ended to continue helping me. She also walked through the website with me in real time, searched my name with me, and made sure we checked everything properly so I could get the refund check I was entitled to. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping. It felt like she cared about finishing the problem instead of just finishing the call. Excellent customer service.

Today was the first time I had to call. I been insired by the company since 2002. Jill was great help. The information I needed was time sensitive and I got what I needed immediately. She was very helpful and professional. Experience was great. She explained the changes to my Policy # and how to log on and create/open my account. Thank you. 😀

Pacific Specialty is an excellent insurance company. Today I had requested that a proof of insurance document be sent to a loan company. The costumer service person was very polite and understanding. Without hesitation, he fulfilled my request. There were many other occasions in the past when I had troubles making my payment. Without flinching Pacific Specialty would find a more affordable convenient payment plan for me. I highly recommend Pacific Specialty . A low price, quick action on claims, and kind helpful customer care agents, why would I or anybody choose another insurance company? Pacific Specialty is the best!
