The worst place to do business with. They have an attitude and rude. Not helpful at all.

I canceled my service one year ago, so I was very shocked to receive a bill in the mail as if I was still using their service. When I called the biller they told me I need to call my agency and let them know. Then I go, "but I did that a year ago". They replied, "well they have not told us". So in essence, when you cancel, make sure the insurance association gets the notice too cause word of mouth won't do.

I didn't hate it the lady wasnt real nice over the phone an said she would call back an didnt an then I tried constantly for an hour calling before the office was closed an no answer. An I hadn't even done business with them yet so gave so.e I sight on how they follow thru

Best place ever to have as a insurance agent, and company. Great personal, lady thats there 24/7 omg the best ever, ,,,,,love her. Wright next to citizens bank on Colombia rd can't miss it it you miss it it's you fault......lol
