Most of the employees that work at this company are unethical rude and lazy! I have been trying to resolve an issue with my adjuster and she has not called me back and or answer my Emails. When I insisted and finally talked to her, she asked me to call my doctor and have his office sent her my report. When I called my doctor they told me that the adjuster was the one who needed to request that report. So I called her back and I told her that she need to do it and she said okay give me the phone number. (She had the phone number). I talked to her supervisor and the supervisor sided with her and hang up on me. I will be getting a lawyer to fix their attitude!!!

La peor compañía para reclamar a nuestro seguro. Estamos esperando el cheque desde Diciembre y ya estamos en Febrero. Se llama y no contestan se le envía email y no contestan. Nos tocó denunciarlos con las oficinas de fraude y los vamos a demandar. No hay de otra! No caigan en sus redes.
