I was looking for health insurance for my wife and Mr. Imtiaz Ali was recommended to me by my uncle and I contacted him, i must say that was the worst decision i ever made, 1st of all he was very rude and told me i was wasting his time when i asked him some questions and the coverage and even told me he is not going to “move an inch” without me paying him $99 service fee, wow what a customer service, i believe as a customer im not allowed to ask him any questions and just pay him his fee of $99 since that’s all he is worried about, all i was trying to see what was the best insurance option for my wife since she recently went through a surgery 3 weeks ago and was just making sure she was in good hands but Mr. Imtiaz Ali was the worst decision for our needs. Would never recommend him at all

“The goals are measured by customer return rate, positive feedback, and an increase in sales”, but in this place you can get everything less satisfaction. The worst costumer services ever. Specially a very “gentlemanly” Christian, wearing flip flops in the office what else you can expect for.

I was told I had insurance when in reality my car didn't have insurance in the Georgia system I only had insurance in their office computer but not in the Georgia system this is very serious someone can lose their license totaled the car and not gett reimbursement all because you you are driving around thinking you have insurance when in reality you are not in the Georgia system please get an official car insurance that will have you and the Georgia system not only the first month when you start your policy but the rest of the six months you make the payments please be very careful I feel something fishy might be going on here. I was also told to sign a sheet of paper to cancel a policy when I wasn't even in the Georgia insurance system I had already got new insurance with another company

I have a Safeway auto insurance since one year, Mr Aymin is a talented and helpful agent there.

The worst mistake I ever made,I just got pulled over by the police,saying that I didnt have insurance..This company put my vin# and address in wrong,after I pointed it out to them.seems as ifnobody in that office has remorse or knows anything about insurance. Thank God is was right in front of this office when I got pulled over..and they still didnt know what to do
