Oxford Auto Insurance

Ive been with oxford for 4&half yrs now. I have cover for 2cars: 1liability & 1 full. BOTH has Road side coverage,Towing included. After renewel payn $200+ , 2days later i needed towing services: i was charged $3?.00.. i payed then called oxford askn 'why im payn extra for towing' i was told to 'provide receipt & theyL reimburse' i came with receipt,emailed it to associate Matthew, He confirmed he recvd it.. i go back following month inquiring whY i havent heard anuthn NOR recieved reimbursement: i was told to send reciept/email original again!! I did so and was asked to send the original email i sent to Matthew?!??.. havent heard anything since. This is not the 1st time having issues with this Downers grove office- its ALWAYS SOmething!!.. im aleays up to date w'paymnts.. this all start

Everytime, I come with qquestions she is always willing, knowledgeable, and able to help me in a very expensive and difficult industry of car insurance.. I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING TO SEE MS. MARIA AT OXFORD ON 95TH AND KEDIZE.. I be joking saying she is always here, PLEASE OXFORD GIVE HER A RAISE, she deserves IT..
