From answering questions, filing claims, bundling services, and most importantly the handling of private information, their service is professional yet friendly. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Best yet, they can handle both NY and PA insurance!
I have been with Owen Insurance for about 20 years, Brett is very helpful and easy to talk to. Devin Soper is awesome very friendly makes you feel right at home when you walk in and is very professional. Highly recommend talking to either one of these gentleman for any insurance needs
Its fabulous to be able to talk to a real live human when you call there. And it's even better to go in and they know you. The fact that you can just drive to the office is great. I enjoy the face to face interaction with the staff. They are a great bunch of people!!!
