Had a claim to redo my roof due to hail damage. They were prompt to get a claim to pay the roofing company. While the roof was being replaced, I had an accident with my vehicle and once I reported it, they had a claims adjuster contact me to get the information to send someone to the dealership to look at the vehicle to determine damage costs. Have been with Ovid Service Agency for years and don't plan on changing. They've been quick to help resolve all my issues.

I’m very disappointed In how me and my fiancé were treated with one specific person at Ovid service agency. For some back story : my fiancés car insurance policy was up and we needed to get a new policy, having previously been at the company he decided to stay with them from good past experience. And was treated nicely on the phone with this particular person. Then fast forward a few days we actually decided to buy a new truck, and needed a new quote and was searching around for the best deal. We had called and spoke with the same person and we were unable to get the quote that day, and we couldn’t wait till the next day. I use Auto Owners Insurance Agency for my vehicles and been with them for years and they have done an exceptional job with all my vehicles when something happens and it needs to be claimed they are ready to help me get my vehicle fixed and back on the road fast

Love this Agency they treat me like family, always helpful and very great at letting me know if I can get a better deal with one of their other companies they carry☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend!
