This DCF Access Office is really small but I must say out of all the locations I been to, this one is by far THE BEST! All The social workers are very Polite and Professional. They don't just tell you whatever to get you out of there. They actually explain exactly what you need to do, how the process goes, and what to expect going forward. And that's 1 of the things I APPRECIATE the most is how much they really try to help the people that need the help the most!

I have been so impressed and overjoyed with the service my family and I have received from this organization. I went there distraught and with very little hope that we were going to get any help at all because of all the prior places we had already been to. Where we were either belittled for requesting information and or any help of any kind. We were greeted by Linette Rivera who not only welcomed us but treated us so kindly and talked to us with empathy and respect and gave us hope and didn’t offer us any empty dreams. She clearly informed us of the programs available to us. Her husband, gave my husband reliable and useful information that led him to find work at a much faster pace than we were able to do on our own.
