I've been using this company the past several years for my commercial property. For the most part, the only dealings I've had with this company is Heartland (sp?) in the billing department. She is super nice, personable, and provides excellent customer service. OCMI you should make sure she stays around a long time, that type of customer service is hard to come by nowadays! Thank you!

I've had this company for about 3 years, we had an incident where an employee broke a commercial glass door. I reached out to a replacement company first as this is our main door and couldn't wait for an insurance company to do their assessment. They asked for several high resolution pictures of the door and the estimate from the third party contractor. A week or so later I had the check (minus the deductible). It couldn't have been easier. We have a high deductible and tend to pay out of pocket for things that are over to keep our insurance costs down, however when money is tight and you just need help and fast they haven't let us down.

Not a trustworthy company at all. Our house sustained wind damage and they denied all aspects of the damage even when on the initial inspection the inspector said it shouldn’t be an issue. The company could not even return phone calls to us pertaining to the situation they had an independent contractor contact us stating our claim was denied. A contractor that’s not an employee of the company. Seems a bit shady to me. We will be dropping our coverage from this company ASAP due to the attitude of the employees and how they perform business practice

They have been my insurance company for business for over 10 years. Excellent service at competitive price. We are very satisfied.
