Very satisfied with the service. The office is small, but Oscar is a humble hard-working man, and he is very informative, helpful and friendly!....He will even give you a Free El Pollo Loco 3-piece Chicken Dinner Coupon!!! (....OK, just kidding!....but those multi-millionaire insurance tycoons really should immediately authorize for Oscar, me and all their impoverished, hungry customers that Free Loco Dinner Coupon....EVERY month!!!)

I am a new customer to Oscar Insurance. Oscar sent me my bill that was due on February 1st after February first. They refuse to take responsibility for doing so and claim they mail their bills out at the beginning of the month. I've had no trouble with any bills previously. They obviously sent it out very late. I don't have March 1st bill yet and they won't ensure that they will make it out soon so I have the time to pay it. They want everyone paying bills online. Everyone does not have internet access and in many locations like Florida we have hurricanes and bad storms that can knock out power for weeks. I don't recommend this company to anyone due to the lousy customer service that won't accept responsibility nor ensure that the bill will be sent on time.

The best, over the phone or in person. Got the quote over the phone decided to go in and was out in 15 min.
