This is Oscar review, not this facility, but owned by Oscar. Turn and RUN! AZ Aetna closed, Oscar was 'recommended' and I signed up for gold level diabetes. Worst service, they waste Dr and pharmacy time with extra questions and delays for common diabetes care. Customer service is via text, likely AI. Very lousy experience overall. Sadly, Obamacare traps you with HMO companies like this, 10 more months of torture. Want to fix Healthcare? Let patients switch. There is no customer choice, they all suck and they get away with it.

So far not impressed at all. The person I called seemed not to know what she was doing and told me that we could no longer see our pediatrician as they are out of network. When asked for a list of in-network providers, she could not give me one, said 'go to banner university on dobson' which makes no sense because banner university is in phoenix, not on dobson, and she did NOT give the name of a specific provider I can contact. When I asked for other options she said "the next closest in network is over 25 miles away". Seriously??? Living in a major city and having zero options for my child's pediatrician, while giving you almost $600/month?? Totally unacceptable.

Some lady I've never met and never spoke with signed me up for Oscar after I'd went in to look at quotes, I backed out soon as I realized it was too expensive...a few months later got a $750 bill In the mail for my premium. When I called to cancel and tell them I didn't sign up they gave me the run around about opening a fraudulent case and... never sent me a cancellation letter. This company is a scam and if you don't want a stranger signing you up without your knowledge then don't even bother with a quote and save yourself the headache. I'm still trying to get it cancelled 😒

Paying almost $1800 a month and somehow they are sending me over $10,000 in medical bills not covering anything to the point of wanting to get a lawyer and definitely one star reviewing them every day until this gets resolved. They’re refusing to pay for ambulance service services for life-threatening emergency services it’s pathetic.

Worst insurance you will ever have. They don’t cover any medications until you hit a massive deductible. By far the worst insurance for Diabetics even though they market themselves as insurance for Diabetics. They don’t cover any insulin or anything at all. Total scam.
