Buyer beware! I would give zero stars if I could. I canceled the policy on 12/19/2025. I received a letter saying I would get a refund in 15 days. I called today, 1/13/2026, because I still haven’t received a check. A very rude woman named Latifa said it was sent on 1/7 and kept saying she would cancel the check and reissue it. I kept telling her no, but she kept repeating it. I had to ask for a manager several times before she put me on hold and got a woman named Candace. She told me the check was issued 1/7, but not mailed until 1/9…WHY? It shouldn’t take 2 days to mail a check. Why can they pull money out of your account immediately, but take so long to refund money? I saved over $800 by going with a different company that has good customer service and doesn’t require pictures o

Insurance made easy!! I wish I could have found this insurance group years ago before my previous policy. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a true honest agent. I have always been skeptical of insurance groups believing they only wanted my money but Mellisa was extremely professional and made me feel confident in my decision ,felt like i was talking to family.

I purchased my Progressive auto policy with this agency and the service, experience and quality of work was 5 stars across the board. They don't just care about making a sale and it makes the experience that much better. My policy required extra work however the agent Aniet took care of everything with patience and diligence. If you are looking for quality insurance and a great insurance agent where you can build a relationship, this is the place.
