Came here to do a life scan fingerprint. Staff was so nice and caring. The whole process was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs life scan printing and/or insurance!!

I went to Option's Insurance Services from a recommendation from a friend. At first I held my resevation because most insurance places treat you like a number but not with Options. They treated you like a friend. They looked out for your best interest instead of pushing things that you don't need. I am super picky about who I work with but definitely Option's Insurance has won me over. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Making a Live Scan appointment was very easy. I contacted them through their online form, and they reached out to me to set up an appointment. When I arrived, they immediately took me in and begin processing my Live Scan. They assisted me with producing all the required fingerprints. Answered all my follow up questions and I was out very shortly. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a Live Scan. If you are shopping for insurance in the meantime, don't be afraid to inquire about their offered services.

I found Options through Google/Yelp. Initially, Carol provided a few quotes for me a few years ago, but I ended up keeping my original provider. A couple years later, I reached back out to Carol to check prices on new quotes. I needed the policy instated as soon as possible and she was able to answer all of my questions and set up the policy within a few days!
