Rudest customer service I have experienced from a local agency. Mr. Olsen should not be pleased with Lossing customers because of that.

It's June 22nd today. I have been trying to get general liability coverage arranged and all of the required documents sent over to the builder I contract with since July 6th. I have already lost the ability to bid on one community (790 homes) due to Olson's inability to simply get this task completed in a reasonable timeframe. This has cost my family $100s of thousands in potential income.

For the last 25 years, we have had the pleasure of Mr. Terry Olson taking care of all of what our business required over the years and of course, our yearly taxes, and it has always been a wonderful treat each year, he blessed us with his joyful smile, even when it was bad news! 😀 And with his protege taking over where he had to leave off, we will continue our business with his professional, and more than qualified, descendants!! Looking forward to another 25 years+!

The agents at Olson Insurance in Umatilla went above and beyond! My new agent (Erica) was able to find me two policies for my homes and saved us over $5,000! They are very knowledgeable and very efficient.
