I had an HOA policy on a property that I sold 3 years ago. Somehow O'dan turned me in to collections for a bill that does not belong to me for 1 year ago. Clearly I have not been attached to the property, per county records, etc. The person on the phone said they would "look into it" for me, but it's been almost a week and no word, and collections is escalating. Maybe this is the only way I can get their attention. Beware!
I've been with Odan for several years on my home and auto insurance. They are always friendly and responsive. Great outfit. Call the team at Farmers!!
