I've been a client of this insurance broker for 8 years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Even though I've only visited their office a couple of times, they've handled everything smoothly over the phone and by email throughout the years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and take the time to explain things clearly. Right now, I'm in the process of transferring my license plate to a new vehicle, and they patiently walked me through the entire process. They also gave me helpful advice on how to complete it as quickly as possible. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and support. Highly recommend!

Bad experience with this office! I don't want to work with them! I haven't even become their client yet and they are already rude and cursing at me! The man who works there is very aggressive. And I called just to ask for a quote and see the numbers!

“Scammers” Be Careful Guys They Take All Your Information And At The End Ask You To Pay Money For Giving You an Estimates. No Response On Time, Total Waste Of Time. Worst Experience Ever. You should inform customer in the beginning all your procedure not in steps. First you ask to provide License, then previous insurance, then lost run report & once provided all documents, now you want $15 for MVR. You should inform all these requirements in the beginning not at the end. If you don’t want business then don’t waste our time.
