I made the decision to move my insurance package to Scott Lewis, he then assigned it to his agent Alana. At first, they were very helpful. Unfortunately, as time passed, they became less attentive to my policy. Last year, I had a falling out with the workers comp auditor, which the agent should be the go between. They handled the situation poorly. I moved the workers comp coverage to another company and reached out to Scott. Now they are refusing to carry my general liability and my building. Needless to say, I do not recommend this insurance company. From my experience, this company is more interested in signing contacts rather than the well-being of you business. Tim Crowe
