Northwest Insurance Group

We recently moved to Cle Elum from Arizona and called Northwest for a quote for our home. It's been two weeks since we called and still no reply. That's poor customer service.

I've reached out to John a couple of times over the past year as I launched a business and needed to both understand and obtain insurance. He was incredibly helpful and responded quickly when I needed certificates of insurance for public sector contracts. Great customer service and options for the right insurance plan for my home, auto, and business.

I see a lot of positive reviews for this company and I just don't have that experience, After canceling a policy over two years ago they continued to withdraw funds my account, when confronted they put the blame and burden of proof on me (of course) they simply stall at all levels to refund my money (not a HUGE amount a bit over $600) I opened a claim with BBB and I guess that got their attention as then and only then did they engage, they had requested several documents as proof, these are the same documents provided when I cancelled, not my issue the employees did not do the job they are hired to do. So this review is costing me around $600 and change to let ANY and ALL know they are highly incompetent and simply after your dollars, if your experience with them is so great try cancelling

Everyone at NW Insurance Group, but especially John, has always responded promptly and thoroughly to any questions I might have about my insurance. I feel they go above and beyond with their customer service. And they got us great rates for our coverage for our kids when they were new drivers! I highly recommend their team - we have been VERY pleased with every aspect of our dealings with them.
