Absolutely worst insurance company ever!! I filed a claim, it was denied. After I filed the claim, deductible increased, premium increased, and roof was excluded from coverage. When I called to inquire the representative was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Do not use this company.

I was advised to take homeowners insurance through this company by my local nationwide agency…worst mistake ever. I had a horrible experience with them when I had to file a claim then when it came time to renew my policy they cancelled it because I had to file a claim? Isn’t that what insurance is supposed to be for?
