I keep trying to get ahold of my claim representative and she never picks up. My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks now with absolutely no progress.
got dropped after 14 years with emc which never paid a dime anyway on my roof then nwa insurance said because I have a dog kennel they have nobody to insure me and the female agent there is VERY rude...boo go somewhere else they don't pay anyway
