I gave a one start because I have been trying to reach someone at this insurance company for over a week. I have yet to received my insurance cards and every time I call I am on hold for 1 hour or more. Today is a records 2 hours and then it hangs up and I go back on and I have been on hold for 45 min. Not to mention I have a matter that needs to rectify in regards to my child medication and changes they made.
