Unreliable at picking up the phone. My mother has called multiple times in regards to an urgent matter and has left messages. The phone continously rings and always goes to voice-mail. Either there business hours are wrong or they have a terrible phone system. Either way it is frustrating especially when people's insurance policies and finances are on the line

Worst customer service. They let my insurance lapse.
