Up until recently I thought Dairyland was a the perfect fit . Someone attempted to take my car in September of 2023. I filed my claim in hopes of getting my car fixed soon , especially after only having it for a week due to a car accident. I found out this past Friday that dairlyland has been giving the dealership push back about their hourly fee. My car has been at Hyundai for almost three months. I sent a complaint to Hyundai just to find out dairyland is causing the hold up and not providing me the coverage I pay for . On top of it all , I have not received an update since September from dairyland . I’ve reached out to the claim specialist as well as her manager , but never received a follow up call . This is so disappointing.
