North Carolina Farm Insurance Claims

One of their customers a 16 year old girl ran the light and tore off my bumper, they denied the claim saying I didn't look left or right when in my recorded conversation I told them I saw her coming but I didn't know she was going so fast that she couldn't slow down her vehicle, I also stated in the recording that she was far enough back that had she not been speeding she would not have hit me. I left a message on the voicemail of the supervisor Mike Bowers over a week ago and I still have not heard anything back yet. There is no way someone can be speeding, run a light to cause an accident, even take fault face to face and the insurance company deny the claim. Worse experience I have ever had dealing with anything like this. I had only had my car or two month and to be treated like this i

So this location is the claims head quarters. I went with my spouse to collect a check because one of their customers had pulled out in front of us and caused us to total one of our vehicles. After waiting for some time I needed to use the restroom the woman at the front refused saying the were not for the public. I didn't just all in off the street. I was their because one of there policy holders caused an accident that has caused us extreme inconvenience as a result of not having a vehicle as well as injury. You would think she would be a bit more polite and allow me to use the restroom.

Claim payment was prompt but several mistakes were made.
