The claims department is highly Unprofessional. When answering the phone they don't identify themselves and I spoke to several of them and they were highly Unprofessional and had bad attitudes. I spoke with Jessica and was given misinformation, Abby who hung up on me, Will who said he had worked there 2 months and laughed after discovering the person he informed me I needed to fix my problem was actually my Agent. Unsure how Farm Bureau was recognized and received awards of excellence. What a joke. Farm Bureau reported a claim at the wrong address and are the only ones that can resolve the issue. My son was involved in an accident with someone who has North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance. My son was not at fault per the police report. The accident occurred over a week ago and no one has contacted us. I have called their office multiple times trying to file a claim and have been hung up on nearly every time. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in all of my life. I started recording the phones calls after the second hang up. I intended to contact corporate. I hope each and every worker responsible for hanging up loses their job, as well as whoever is training them to behave in this manner. If you have this awful insurance it would be in your best interest to switch immediately and if you’re considering taking out a new policy read all their lovely review

I wrote this to warn people just how bad, Farm Bureau is willing to treat their customers. My mother, B. Pugh, had shingles blown up during hurricane Helene allowing water into the house. She contacted the Rocky Mount F.B. office and was told someone would contact her. Nothing for 2 weeks, so she contacted the office again and was told she had to contact adjuster Ginger Keel. My mother called Ginger, she said she was too busy for this, she would send Corey. Don't know last name.
