I’ve been calling for the past 2weeks to spea with my local Agent Niyi due to a significant increase in my policy. I left several messages and still have no return calls. I will be canceling my policy this week due to terrible customer service.

I called to try and figure out why my insurance went up $25 a month after no accidents or tickets and I was told it was because there are more people on the road due to decrease in gas prices... When I told the guy I was going to start looking for other quotes he replied "Okay if that's what you want to do". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
