Went by this State Farm office daily and ment to come back later and never did. That is until the other day. My current insurance company couldn’t insure my next new car simply because of the car. So I stopped by this State Farm office and had met Miranda, this changed everything. I couldn’t believe I had taken all this time to make the switch. In two heartbeats and a blink of an eye Miranda had taken care of any and all concerns I had, plus assured me that when my new car arrives and I share the vin number with her or her office that car will be covered. All this with a smile and lower rates. Anyone having the want or need stop the headaches and visit this office.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I had been a loyal State Farm customer for years, with minimal claims, but was dropped from coverage due to claims from other family members. I accepted that and we canceled our policy and moved on--only to be charged afterward through autopay (which we were never guided on how to turn off and was not accessible through my online account). This overdrew my bank account, and I was told a refund would take 2-3 weeks. When I explained the hardship this caused, I was met with a dismissive "that's the best I can do for you" and "have a nice day." Nicole and her team are awesome! We have been with State Farm for 20+ years, but recently switch over to Nicole and her team. Our favorite agent so far! Nicole and her team are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond when we need anything. I recently needed my windshield replaced. With a quick phone call, everything was taken care of so quickly. They rock!

Last week, I had visited for my son’s rental insurance requirements. We got very efficient and great service from the agent we worked with. Though we walked in without an appointment but we got very professional service with smile. She helped us with our need for rental insurance. Highly recommended for your insurance need.

I can't say enough good about Nicole Williams! In casual passing, I mentioned to her that my husband and I would like to look at our insurance options, as it had been a few years. We set a meeting for a week later. Nicole arrived to the meeting prepared with some amazing options for us - increased coverage for our home, better coverage for our cars, and an umbrella policy to cover it all - for less than what we were paying with another company. The coverage is, honestly, far superior, and the service she provides can't be beat. I can't recommend Nicole strongly enough - if you're shopping for insurance, you can't go wrong with Nicole and her team!
