Had an issue with my minivan that required a tow. I filled out the form via text, which was super simple, just need to have your policy number, then received a follow up text with the tow company details etc. The tow truck came within 30 to 40 minutes. They were easy to work with and did a fantastic job. All in all this was way easier than I thought it would be. Thank you State Farm!!

Neala Hampton from Nick Raetz Sate Farm office was very helpful today. We were trying to sign into our app online and finally figured out my wife also needed to be added as a policy holder for our insurance cards to show in her State Farm app. Neala quickly remedied that while I was on the phone with her and she also removed the lien that was still showing on my paid off vehicle. I love great customer service!
