Nichols Insurance Group

At one time this would have been a 5 star review. I had an agent that would pick up the phone and answer. If she was unable she'd call you back. I found out that she had left. I stayed with Nichols because I rarely make a claim. Recently I called no less than 3 times. Each time no one answered the phone. Each time I left a message asking for a call back because I needed to change some parts of my policy. At no time did I receive a call back. In a service industry the key to success is SERVICE. No service? Time to move on to someone who appreciates me as a customer.

I had a lot of issues. Example include: the quote not matching the final contract, policy was not applied on time, and they didn't return calls in a timely manner (or at all often times). I switched to another agent and I am much happier. Do not recommend.

Refuses to answer the phones or return calls...likely due to their new partnership dragging them to poor practices. Canceled policy without so much as a courtesy call. This USED to be a reputable group. Definitely do not recommend.

Run!!! Don't walk but Run!!!!! This company never returns any calls. They give you misinformation about a policy your paying them a commission for. The service is horrible (they speak with you like your a bother) if you do get a chance to speak without.

I like the staff they are friendly and helpful. But...for some reason every month I have to call and re-set up my direct withdrawals and they can never find my account after being there 4-5 years. I am not sure if this is because of Assurance America or what the reasoning is.
