Nicholas Bravo: Allstate Insurance

When you need your agent caused you moved and the Nick Bravo has his phones forwarded to another agent that isn't even part of his team, makes it hard to conduct business.....which lead to a cancelation of our policy..... so when your in "Good Hands With Allstate" I call bullshit. Horrible agent and have to say company because nobody works together, separate teams, separate divisions and if you get sent to another team or division for help they can't help you. So bye bye Allstate we are out of your hands and on to someone who actually cares.

They are great when they want to get your business. Their customer service really went down the drain when the insurance company they contracted me with went out of business. I was informed in February 2023 for my July renewal that I was not being renewed . The reasons they stated were false and didn’t apply to me. When I called Nicholas Bravo agency, they told me it was really because the insurance company wasn’t insuring in Florida anymore. I asked for them to try to get me a new homeowners quote from another company, and they agreed to. I called them numerous times in March, April and May, left numerous messages to try to retain their services and get homeowners insurance through them with another company. These guys are great! It’s very easy to get a hold of them, either via phone or email, they have always responded back very quickly. I was introduced to them via a flyer they mailed out to my area, and was very pleased with their very affordable pricing. Home insurance is very expensive in S. FL and I’m super happy I found them. They have maintained my pricing consistent so far and I now recommend them every time I am asked about who I insure with. They have good package deals and they really do try and get you the best price. You will not be disappointed, enjoy the savings!
