she was very well informed of what she was saying and any question that I threw at her she can answer she was very knowledgeable on the rules and what was going on with Humana so if you're looking for a supplemental insurance call her you won't be disappointed

We have worked with Lisa for 4+ years and could not be happier. She is very easy to work with and She is always available. Just this week she jumped right in to assist us with the cost of a medication prescribed by my wife's Oncologist. She explained in detail how the billing should be handled and offered to get on a call with all the parties involved. There was no need the info she provided was perfect. The parties involved listened and agreed. We went from having to pay out $21,000 a year for 3 years to $2,000 a year for 3 years. I have recommend Lisa to family and friends. Anyone asks I will always recommend Lisa of Niche Market Insurers.

I dealt with Beth and needless to say I would never recommend her to anybody or use this agency. She told multiple lies throughout and hopefully her supervisors can address her unethical behavior. Good luck to anybody that’s currently dealing with Beth.
