I went there on a tour. Looked like half the residents were all in the hall ways. The lady giving a tour when she found out my wife was on Medicare changed her tune. That they had some on a waiting list for more than 20 years. I still put my wife on waiting list. They called back to still see if I wanted her on waiting list. They transferred my call to her number. After 3 mins with no answering machine and just ringing. I called the receptionist and asked her to leave a message on her machine. I asked you can’t take a message. She seems like she should be riding the short bus to school. Told her so and hung up the call.

A few years ago, it was great. Now, completely AWFUL!! Understaffed, poor care and extremely rude! They don't tell you the truth and it takes days to get anything worked out. My husband left with a deep bedsore that was not shared with me. Call button not monitored. A few patients know the elevator code and several tried to get on the elevator with me to get to the first floor. Caris Hospice is always there. Maybe they own it???

I was very pleased with the care I received at NH C Murfreesboro. The Techs and Aides were friendly and knew their jobs. They do need more staff, but staff always put the patients first. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member that needs short term rehab. I also want to thank the PT & OT for their encouragement .

Wow where do I start? My Mom was at NHC from April 2022 until most recently. While I did meet some really nice nurses there...I encountered many interesting issues with how the administration handled my Mom's case...right down to the end where they kicked her out without giving even a week's notice (and NO written notice which they are supposed to give). It went from one day them saying they wanted to find her somewhere safer for her (they said it was because they wanted to find her a locked memory care facility) to just a couple days later...them saying they MUST move her. Gary (who seems nice on the surface, but I wouldn't trust) said that his administrator was "making them" move her out. My mother has been in their care for several months and I am extremely pleased with their compassion regarding her. I trust them implicitly and any decisions in which they recommend regarding my mother. She has been a special case and their patience regarding her has been amazing. She has a wonderful group of nurses and her case worker is an extremely compassionate person and it is obvious that he cares about his patients. They have always - no matter how hard the answer might be - answered with questions with honesty and integrity. I cannot recommend this facility enough when it comes to placing your elderly loved one in intermediate care.
