We switched to Next Generation a few years ago because they were able to get us the same coverage we had for half the price we had been paying. Mariela has been wonderful to work with. She always goes above and beyond to find us the best price and to help us with anything we need. If she is unable to answer the phone, there is always someone who is there to help. Whoever answers the phone, whether it is Mariela or someone else, they help us immediately. I am always amazed at the customer service that Next Generation provides.
