Terrible communication, transparency, and lack of urgency. My agent left, the company, and there was no email, text, or phone call advising my agent was no longer with NY Life. When I called, the front desk receptionist advised he couldn't provide any information, because he was not an agent, and would need to see if there was an agent who could take over my account. Needing to find out if an agent can take over the account is when I officially lost all trust in this company managing my portfolio.
