I've spent the last year fighting to get ahold of my claim manager who is seemingly unreachable. As it their manager, there is no department to help you out, no managers who you can reach. Paperwork does not get filed, documents get lost, they work very hard at not doing their job and no one cares enough to try and help. Save all your chat transcripts because agents will tell you they've filed things when in actuality nothing has been done. They will fail to send payments, they will fail to contact you, I genuinely don't know what they actually do aside from waste your time.
