I’ve had this insurance may be 90 days now or maybe 120 but the experience has been good with Customer Service. In fact seem like I get the same person all the time so that’s great. I guess the prices are fair so I’ll be continuing. for one adult female Medical Insurance I’m paying about 250 a month. it doesn’t save me much or if anything on prescriptions. Good RX has better pricing on my prescriptions. My Walmart pharmacist and I compared the price good RX was cheaper.

Unable to get health insurance on the Marketplace so we heard of America First Healthcare. They linked us up to NEO Insurance and they were so helpful in getting me signed up for insurance. Customer service reps answered all my questions and made it so easy to sign up online. Such a relief to finally have affordable insurance.

Just signed for Health coverage. Process was handled professionally, and all of my questions were answered. Price was very reasonable. Decided to get out of New Jersey state supplied. Not because it was bad, I wanted a PPO system. The Get covered plans were O.K., but I though the prices are extremely high, given the subsidy issues.

Canceled my plan with no explanation, unable to get ahold of anyone. I would absolutely stay away from this company. Doctors office could never get ahold of them for authorization for anything. Update: My policy was canceled (by mistake) on a recorded line. It has now been 3 weeks and my policy has NOT been re-written by Monica per neo insurance. Will be reporting to all governing bodies.

The insurance agent took time to explain the policy, and asked specific questions that pertained to my health. When we were finished, I received a call from the representative that received my completed documents. We had one issue that was easily resolved with credit card company Overall this was a very good experience! Thank you!
